I’m here to support you on your journey.

I believe that therapy is a safe place to be heard, validated and to focus on problem solving solutions. I’m going to be focused on getting to know you and forming a solid relationship in order to help you reach your goals.   It’s not my style to sit back and “uh huh” you during our time together.  I’ll show up actively and engaged in every session with you to help you experience change.

Feeling worried or nervous is a normal part of life.  When we’re on edge, overthinking or have difficulty making decisions, day-to-day life can become very overwhelming.  I’ll help you learn tools to better understand and feel confident in your ability to manage anxiety.

We all experience difficult, painful and challenging moments in our lives.  If you’re feeling as though these experiences continue to impact your life, I want you to know that you’re not alone.  You can feel better and I’m here to guide you through the steps towards healing.

I provide online counseling throughout Florida & Virginia.

There’s no need to drive to and from appointments and take extra time out of your busy schedule.  Sessions are 45-50 minutes and held 100% online via a HIPAA compliant and confidential secure platform.  All you need is a private setting and an internet connection and you’re good to go, that simple.

All sessions are online and we’ll meet weekly at first to ensure you’re comfortable with our fit and immediately begin to identify tools to help you in your day-to-day life.  You’ll use these strategies between our sessions to support your work in counseling.
